Marion has over 30 years of experience in the medical device industry, holding roles in Mechanical Engineering, Quality Engineering, Quality Assurance/Regulatory Affairs, MIS Management, and Quality Systems Consulting. She has expertise in software systems development and validation, risk management, design control, and QMS development, including EU MDR updates and CAPA programs. Marion holds a Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering with a biomedical minor from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and has been active in professional organizations like ISPE, RAPS, and ASQ.
